CrossFit -
Lift & Sweat

Push yourself in our hour long class where you are supported by an expert coach while surrounded by a community of like-minded people who want to have fun while putting in the work. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program.

This class is for all levels of experience. The workout of the day will offer both prescribed and scaled weight options making it challenging for both the beginner or the experienced athlete. Experience fitness training like never before while pushing yourself past your limits.


HIT&FIT
Bag/Bike Class

Merging the best of both boxing bag and cycling, assault bike that is. Boxing is one of the ultimate all body workouts, but in our carefully designed non contact Hit&Fit classes you’ll get so much more. Time to hit a bag and relieve some stress. Punches, footwork, form, technique, strategy and unlimited combinations. Our Hit&Fit class will include bag work and the assault bike with accessory work like body weight exercises worked in.

⁠⁠You will need to bring your own boxing gloves and wraps for Hit&Fit.


ForceFit -
30 Minute Class

Our ForceFit is only a 30 minute class. Classes include the use of concept2 rowers or bikes or both. Kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands are the staple in this class.

This class format delivers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact designed to tone and build lean muscle.


Private Training

Private training in one-on-one sessions. These sessions are ideal for all levels, and are tailored to address your personal needs and fitness goals.
