Front Squat 5 @ 70%, 4 @ 80%, 3 @ 85%, 3 @ 90%

WOD:  5 rounds for time of:
3 Wall Climbs
7 Dumbbell Front Squats, 50/35 lbs
9 Dumbbell Push Press, 50/35 lbs
21 Double Unders

Tuesday - 11/21/17

WOD Hero Chief - Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
