CrossFit training implements a constantly varied and highly functional workout experience demanding only your best at every moment. CrossFit produces an unmatched GPP (general physical preparedness) in novice, intermediate, and advanced athletes regardless of their prior training and sport. The universal scalability of the movements makes this perfect for the beginner or the advanced athlete. We scale load and intensity, we don’t change the programming. A review of our daily all levels programming includes a dynamic warm-up, wod prep work, strength/skill work, conditioning/WOD and accessory work/cool down.
CrossFit training includes elements of cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
