When you have completed the introductory session and signed up for a CrossFit membership, you will be enrolled in the On-Ramp program. Each class will include skill work and end with an On-Ramp workout. Intensity will slowly be added as you progress through the course.


The following techniques must be passed and approved by a CrossFit coach in order to graduate to the regular class schedule:

  • Cleans, Push Press, Push Jerk
  • Front Squat, Back Squat, Overhead Squat
  • Kettlebell Swing, Kettlebell Clean
  • Pullups
  • Intro to Snatch
  • Intro to Handstand Pushup


Once you have acquired your CF membership, you are able to attend the On-Ramp classes listed below. The required On-Ramp skills will be covered during the On-Ramp classes Thurs/Sat and may be practiced during the open gym on Fridays. The class curriculum will repeat every two weeks.

You must attend a minimum of six classes during a two week period AND have passed the required skills in order to graduate to the regular class schedule. Completing the On-Ramp series will prepare you for the regular classes and allow you to progress at a faster pace once you get started.
