ForceFit - 30 min Class/Tempo

This class is only 30 minutes, Our ForceFit class includes the use of rowers or bikes in every class, all the bands and KB/dumbbells. This class is in Tempo counts.... yes, slow fast all the tempos.

Why? Working out with TEMPO with Bands or light weights = Time under tension creates control and strength. By controlling the tempo of any movement, you're not only forcing your body to work harder but you're also going to keep your joints healthy and move safer through exercises. ⁠

⁠⁠This class does NOT require an Fit101 for beginners. Classes are always clocked. The intent of this class is get in, get after it and be done in only 30 mins. We know that hitting a full 1 hour CrossFit class is not always the best for your schedule so we wanted to focus on shorter warm ups and longer AMRAP’s. No Barbells or Olympic Lifts will be used. Limited to 10 athletes. ForceFIT is a required sign-up via Push Press App.
