CrossFit All Levels
Experience fitness training like never before while pushing yourself past your limits. You will focus on proper technique and intense performance using CrossFit methods and philosophy. This class is for all levels of experience. The workout of the day will offer both prescribed and scaled weight options making it challenging for both the beginner or the experienced athlete.
All equipment necessary for optimum CrossFit performance will be provided. Members will need to have their own jumprope specifically designed for double under practice.
6 Week Challenge
6 Week Challenge Classes include 2 CrossFit Class and 1 ForceFit Class. This Challenge is fun, fast-paced for all levels of fitness. It will meet you where you are at and challenge you further. Your energy level will go up, you will see results. You will feel stronger and healthier in just 6 weeks. There will be no Olympic lifts. Scaled workouts of the day. These classes are designed to be completed in 45 minutes from warm-up to cool down.
ForceFit is a High Intensity Interval Class. Classes are 40 minutes with 3 interval stations. Intervals include row/run, assault bike and plyometric/weight. Classes are always clocked. No Barbells or Olympic Lifts will be used. Limited to 8 athletes. ForceFIT is a required sign-up via Push Press App. Personal Heart Rate Monitors will be used to help you reach your target heart rate.
These times allow athletes to use the gym to work on skills and techniques of their choice. A coach is available for questions and assistance.
