The 4 Week ForceFit Challenge gives you the accountability and resources you need to make improvements to your health, diet and performance. As a ForceFit participant you will receive instructor led workouts and weekly nutrition plans.  You'll be placed in a group class setting with like minded individuals. During the 4 weeks expect to be pushed, motivated, and inspired to be the best version of you! Here at Triple Force everyone is welcome, regardless of what level you are starting at.   • Improve your body composition in 4 weeks
  • Starts November 27, 2017
  • Challenge is limited to 12 Individuals, must be paid in full by November 20, 2017
  • Weekly Meal Planning with Shopping lists are included
  • Must commit to 3-4 classes per week

Amazing! Not only was Carol, the instructor, super nice and welcoming but every person there! It’s not often you go to a fitness class and the others in the group cheer on the new person complete with high fives and fist bumps!
